The hotel rooms were very modern and nicely designed, spacious with good size beds and a view over the pool towards the hills, but they were not made up by 5 pm on our return from a day's activities. The service was excellent and really on the ball, welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, though there were instances of staff being arrogant and using their phones when they should have been supervising kids. The location was a bit far from Tavira center for an easy stroll, yet very comfortable and superb. The dining experience had a good selection of food but needs a new chef. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and with friendly staff, but there can be delays for room refills and improvements needed in certain areas.
